Terms of Service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from our own failure to maintain reasonable security.

Your Circuit Gaymes account is personal to you. Accounts may not be shared, lent, resold, sublicensed, or used by multiple people under a single login. We may treat account sharing as a breach of these Terms.

Circuit Gaymes currently offers users the opportunity to purchase a Season Zero all-access pass. Subject to these Terms and successful payment, the pass gives the purchaser a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the games and related content made available through Circuit Gaymes for Season Zero via a web browser. This is a licence to access digital content, not a transfer of ownership in the games themselves.

Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment provider we may designate at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown to you at the time of purchase. We receive limited non-sensitive payment details rather than your full card data.

Unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout, the Season Zero all-access pass is a one-time purchase for the access described on the purchase page. The purchase page, checkout flow, refund disclosures, and these Terms should all match.

Circuit Gaymes is an evolving digital service. We may add, remove, patch, update, suspend, or replace games, features, functionality, compatibility, or availability from time to time for technical, security, legal, licensing, maintenance, or product-development reasons. We will not use this possibility to take away the core thing a customer was promised without fair notice or legal justification.

If a specific game, feature, or access period is expressly described on a checkout page or other pre-contract information, that description should be accurate and will not be contradicted by a broad “we can change anything at any time” clause.

You must not copy, download, redistribute, publicly perform, reverse engineer except where law cannot exclude that right, commercially exploit, frame, mirror, scrape, or otherwise use Circuit Gaymes or any game content beyond the normal personal use permitted by these Terms. You must also not try to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, attack the platform, cheat, automate gameplay in an abusive way, or use Circuit Gaymes for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access to Circuit Gaymes if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, shared your account, engaged in fraud or abuse, harmed other users, interfered with the service, created security risk, or used Circuit Gaymes unlawfully. Any such enforcement will be exercised fairly.

We may also suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, security work, or technical reasons. Where practical, we will try to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.

Circuit Gaymes may offer different products, passes, bundles, subscriptions, trials, or pricing structures in the future. Any new pricing or payment model will apply prospectively unless we clearly state otherwise and applicable law permits. Changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases unless required for legal, security, or technical reasons and handled in a way that complies with applicable law.

We will not use this clause to retroactively reprice a completed purchase without a lawful basis and fair notice.
