Immediate access to a digital product
Circuit Gaymes sells a digital product that provides immediate access to browser-based digital games after purchase. Because the product is digital and access begins straight away, refund rights may be different from the rules that apply to physical goods.
Purchases become final once access begins
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases of the Circuit Gaymes Season Zero all-access pass are generally final once access has started. Under digital-content rules, a consumer can lose the right to cancel once digital supply begins if the consumer gave express consent and acknowledged that the cancellation right would be lost.
Refund requests within 7 days for verified technical problems
Circuit Gaymes may consider refund requests made within 7 days of purchase where the games were inaccessible because of a verified technical problem on our side and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Verified technical problems may include platform-wide access failure, purchase activation failure, or a severe technical fault that prevented meaningful access to the games you purchased.
Substantial use
Refunds are not guaranteed after substantial use of the service. If our logs show that the account successfully accessed the games for a meaningful period, launched multiple sessions, or otherwise received substantial benefit from the purchase, that will weigh strongly against a refund except where applicable law requires one.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact queerimam.ai@gmail.com with the email address used for purchase, the date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for additional information needed to investigate the technical problem and verify eligibility.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any consumer rights you have under applicable law. If the law where you live gives you a non-excludable right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or cancellation, that right still applies.
